Margot Mohr Teetor grew up on a farm outside of Philadelphia in the rolling hills of Chester County to a family of seven, who were deeply immersed in the local community.  Her roots in Chester County and the surrounding region have allowed Margot to acquire extensive knowledge of the real estate market and to develop strong relationships within the industry.

A licensed Real Estate Agent for nearly two decades, Margot represents both buyers and sellers, in a variety of Real Estate transactions throughout the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. As a seasoned professional, she has invaluable knowledge and extensive resources to ensure the buying and selling process is fun, painless and successful.

Her main office is RE/MAX Preferred, in West Chester, Pennsylvania. She is ranked as a Five Star Professional, a NAR Green Designee and has proudly served over 10 years on the Tri-County Suburban Realtor’s Association Grievance and Standard Practices committees for the Board of Ethics. She loves working with a variety of clients regardless of the property type or size; including rentals and starter homes, large farms, and exquisite estates.

Margot has four grown children, and lives with her husband Chris and multiple animals, just outside of Kennett Square. She enjoys starting each day with a baking meditation, making goodies for her clients to ensure life stays sweet, hence her nickname ‘The Cookie Lady’!
