Steps for Success

The ‘Walk-Through’
The first step to listing your property for sale is a walk-through. Margot will schedule a time to visit your property to get a sense of its best features. She will then discuss your goals, approximate an asking price and estimate a time frame for sale.

Determining Comps
Margot will present comparable properties that are currently for sale or have recently sold to determine a realistic asking price. She will also discuss potential tax and legal implications, recommending appropriate real estate attorneys and accountants to ensure you maximize your sales outcome.

Crafting the Marketing & Sales Approach
Once engaged, Margot will present a listing agreement, which typically is for a six-month term. During the time of the contract, she will aggressively work to market your property through the following resources:
Coordinating 3rd Party Staging & Contractors, listing the property on the website and MLS, inclusion in print advertising, creating social media campaigns, scheduling an open house, coordinated showings, and researching and handling any questions on your behalf.
