Hi there, if you don’t know me, my name is Margot but many people know me as the cookie lady. I grew up on a farm outside of Philadelphia in the rolling hills of Chester County to a family of seven, deeply immersed in the local community. I now have four grown children of my own and am happy to still call Chester County my home today.

I’ve been a licensed Real Estate Agent for nearly two decades, representing both buyers and sellers, in all types of Real Estate transactions throughout the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. As a seasoned professional, I have deep knowledge and extensive resources to ensure the buying and selling process is fun, painless and successful.

My main office is RE/MAX Preferred, in West Chester, Pennsylvania. I’m ranked a Five Star Professional, a NAR Green Designee and have proudly served for over 10 years on the Suburban West Realtor’s Association Grievance and Standard Practices committees for the Board of Ethics. I love working with great clients regardless of the property size, from rental & starter homes, to large farms and exquisite estates.

I live with my husband Chris, a pug named Trouser and an English Mastiff named Flounder just outside of Kennett Square. I enjoy starting each day with a baking meditation, making goodies to ensure sure life stays sweet, hence the nickname cookie lady.
